The training and placement cell of this college manages placement activities.\u00a0The cell of the institute centrally helps the student during their course of study as well as after their passing out from the Institute. It also arranges faculty development programs, Expert lectures, Seminars, Workshops, Field visit in association with NITTTR Chandigarh and NIELIT Rupnagar to update the knowledge of the students and staff regarding recent developments in the world of technology.<\/p>

        Innovation Cell<\/strong><\/p>

        The council meeting of Institution\u2019s Innovation Council (IIC), Govt. Polytechnic College, Rupnagar was called by IIC President Smt. Monica Bansal on 06-04-2023 to discuss upon the formulation and function of IIC for academic year 2022-23 & to assign roles and responsibility among newly joined council members as per the guidelines of Ministry of Education\u2019s Innovation cell. The council members discussed about the activities (IIC calendar, Celebration and Self-Driven) and features of IIC portal. The council members also discussed about collaborations within and outside the institution to accelerate the activities of IIC.
